Mr. Gannett Succeeds Rodney Hinton as Palmetto’s CEO
August 16, 2024 – Greenville, SC – Palmetto Air & Water Balance, LLC (“Palmetto” or the “Company”), a people first, high-growth independent Testing, Adjusting, Balancing (“TAB”) and Cleanroom certification business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Gannett as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Gannett brings over 20 years of experience in leading highly technical businesses. Mr. Gannett’s previous experience includes leadership roles with EverSmith Brands, ServiceMaster, and Danaher. Mr. Gannett holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Mr. Gannett lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and three children.
Mr. Gannett succeeds Rodney Hinton as Palmetto’s CEO. Mr. Hinton will remain involved on a full-time basis as Executive Director, leading the Company’s robust mergers and acquisitions program. Penny Hinton, Palmetto’s founder and President, will transition to the role of Chief Culture Officer, focused on maintaining Palmetto’s industry-leading, customer-focused, One Palmetto culture. Additionally, Mrs. Hinton will continue in her role as Director of Palmetto.
